So rooms were ok, nothing special but comfortable, not quiet, but comfortable. If you want to sleep in forget it. Every morning the skid steer known as mr alarm clock was working diligently outside at 6:30 am saying "wakey wakey '. Ok no problem I'll get up and get a drink but I would like a cold drink ... What's that you say, oh the ice machine one door down doesn't work? Have to go to another floor. Ok well maybe I'll just go get some breakfast then since I have to leave my floor anyway. Mmmm, nothing like cold wet eggs, sausage that looks grey and is cold to start your day. At least there is a microwave to heat it back up. You know what, how about I just go relax in the pool area. Hmmm Nothing like swimming in a dungeon to soothe your aching muscles and the boarded off out of service trashy looking hot tub in the corner adds a certain ambiance. Might have been nice to know it was out of service but that is asking a lot so it is understandable, hate to put anybody out, after all it's just money and comfort. Over all a great place to stay if you really don't mind not enjoying your stay. At least it was somewhat cheap and now I know why.

Parking lot was full of snow. All open spaces had not been cleaned out. For those paying for parking. Would not work with you on shuttle times. If full, that's it for an hour. So we had to get to the airport really early. When we got bags i called at 120pm and got picked up at 215 pm. Then he waited at terminal 2 for 15 mins for a group. So we got back to my car at 245 and my flight landed at 1250. Will not be staying here again

travel with my dog, I understand that means a pet fee, however I dont appreciate paying a pet fee, making my room more expensive than what other people pay & the pet fee NOT applied to cleaning. My room was covered with dog hair from the last dog, obviously smelled like dog, to the point that it made it hard to breathe in the room! There was long black human hair in the tub & on towel, The toilet ran intermittently through the entire stay, occasionally, the air conditioner would come on and cover the noise of the toilet. The rooms could definitely use a refresh, chair tore up, sofa stained wall missing paint in places, $50 for 1/2hr early check in seems excessive and wasnt waived for diamond members. Rooms: See above review.. definitely in need of a refresh.
