Fridge in the room doesn't work, told them twice and they didn't do anything about it. No hot tub, it's filled with concrete. Broken features in the rooms, mediocre breakfast. Horrible wifi. Definitely one of the lowest quality Hampton Inns I've ever stayed in.

We arrived Saturday and stayed until Wednesday. Not one time during our stay did housekeeping attend to our room. The sign on the bathroom mirror says housekeeping will be in every other day for garbage collection, new towels, toilet paper etc.. On Monday evening my wife went down to the front desk for towels and toilet paper. The front desk worker was a bit rude about why we needed the items. She mellowed a little when my wife explained that housekeeping skipped us. She said she would make sure it was taken care of Tuesday. Needless to say, nothing was done again. We took out our own garbage as the cans were overflowing and got more towels from the front desk. When we checked out and was asked about our stay, my wife explained about the lack of housekeeping. Right away excuses were given including it had to be our fault because maybe we put a sign on the door or we were in the room. Both of those were not true. Nothing was done to try and make the situation right. This was terrible service and professionalism. It is not hard too say We messed up and want to make it right. We will not be staying there again nor will we recommend this place to others.
