Came in May 2023 for a routine checkup and cleaning and my insurance info was taken. Assumed everything was good until I got a bill in February 2024. Called Aspen and was told their "system was down" at the time, but they would submit a claim to my insurance. Still getting bills and no claim has been filled with my insurance in the 2 months since. Overall, a gigantic headache. Service and people were great at this location, but not worth the stress.
