Blaine Town Inn & Suites At The National Sports Center, Blaine/Minneapolis

Handle on room door was broken, the pool was closed, air conditioner didn't work, sink was clogged up and wouldn't drain, and the breakfast was just cereal. Not very happy with this place. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable.

The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the hard working employee at the front desk. Her name is Tami. She goes above and beyond for all the customers she comes in contact with. She treats them great. She accommodates there needs. She goes out of her way to help everyone. I have watched her help so many unhappy customers . She is very nice and also very professional. I did have an issue with payments. When I paid in cash I noticed my card was still being charged every night I stayed. So I paid twice for every night. When I brought it to the staffs attention I thought it would stop happening. But it did not. I talked with Tami and she fixed this issue. I was not very impressed by any other customer service I had contact with. I personally did not have a bad experience with other staff. One of my friends on the other hand did. She was very upset with management. And she ended up moving to a entirely different hotel.

Terrible experience, scary environment we ended up moving to a completely different hotel because it felt unsafe for us and our baby, staff was rude and no help at all. Carpets were dirty, sheets were stained and very noisy. Creepy rooms do not believe the pictures.
