        Wonderful room, wonderful staff, wonderful weekend! The whirlpool in the room was clean and worked great. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast had many options and was fresh and delicious. An employee even walked around to make sure all of the guests were happy with the food. We can't wait to stay here again!

        Desk people werent happy to do their job. I reserved the highest priced room in the hotel which is the suite with the whirlpool. The suite was lovely. I have a 2 year old with me. We went to breakfast and my kid started crying over his food so Im trying my best to calm him down. The lady then proceeded to walk over from the front desk and kick us out of the breakfast room! How ridiculous! I didnt even get a chance to eat before being kicked out! Rooms: My suite was large and comfy. Food & drinks: Their breakfast was in the nicer side for a hotel. Their vending machines are cash only and drinks are $3

      Hello Desiree, Thank you so much for your feedback. I apologize if you take offense to being asked to please move your upset child to a different location to calm them down so as to not disrupt the other guests trying to quietly enjoy their breakfast, that was not my intention. I did give you quite some time to manage the situation with your screaming 2 year old however, after my phone calls were also interrupted, people calling in could hear it in the background as well other guests addressing me about it and 10 minutes of no resolution or your child calming down, I had to kindly ask you to take your child elsewhere. I understand that parenting can be stressful and I 'm sorry that you had a tough morning, we try our best to be patient as well and the comfort level of all guests in the hotel is equally important to us.
