Erickson helped me get a new water heater for my house. They provided an estimate quickly, gave very reasonable prices, showed up promptly for the install, and took care of all the permits and inspections. Highly recommend!

As other reviewers said, they came right on time. Punctuality is one of my values. Our townhome is forty years old and our dryer venting was the original slinky with thin rubber covering which isnt up to code. The vent extended almost the full length of our home and ended above the a/c unit in our patio. This is not what the service team was expecting so, with their professional expertise, they instead installed new venting that exits at the side of our home. Im impressed not only with the new installation but also with Graces expertise. I paid more than the ballpark figure I was quoted over the phone, but that didnt surprise me. Im satisfied with what I paid.
I will recommend Erickson to others.

Maria was super helpful with our furnace that wasnt working. She cleaned a flame sensor which was the culprit and explained how it works.

Shame on me for not paying attention. But I received a $270 bill for a quote. 20 minutes walking around 40 min in truck writing it up.
Just one reason I will never call them again. I got the rest of the quotes for free and got job finished. there is a reason why customers. don't call you back after seeing your prices.
