Front desk lady needs to lay off the hard stuff, she is either nice and somewhat helpful, or she is slurring her words and will flip at even a small question, rooms are infested, nothing gets clean, stuff went missing from my room, the ceiling was leaking, the power will go out randomly, when I called her about this she said I dont know what that has to do with me, the rooms randomly starting smelling like sewage, nothing but problems, save your money and go to a super 8 or something, would not recommend giving even a cent of your hard earned money to this establishment

The lady at the front desk is rude and snobby..I was trying to get ahold of my daughter in her room and the lady at the front desk told me to call my daughters cell phone..seriously her phone doesn't work at the moment..and the lady hung up on me..

I booked 2 nights and went there new years eve and nobody was working. Some people staying there said the lady sleeps in the office but I got no response by going there or calling. It says it was charging me if I didn't show up but I did so now what can a customer do charge them for not being available but letting me book a room online....crazy business
