Having spoken to and assisted Mr. Flanders on regular basis for several months, I would recommend him to anyone that I know. He gives off an air of a very genuine and down-to-earth individual without losing his professional tone. His heart and head are set on helping others as their mediator and assisting them with estate planning. He understands wills, trusts, divorce, probate, and other topics. Mr. Flanders is a recommended lawyer for those of you who want to settle outside of the courthouse. If I ever have any future legal matters, his name will be the first to come to mind.

Joe Flanders "helped" me set up a special needs trust. Apparently he has no experience with these types of trust accounts. I just learned the account was not set up right and it cost me $2500! Thanks Joe for ripping me off while I lay in bed in a nursing home. I do not reccomend Joe Flanders.

Great Lawyer! Very Honest! I can't say enough about Mr. Flanders. I was very nervous and scared about meeting with an attorney. You just don't know what to expect. Joe sat down with me for a free consultation, explained my legal issue to me and quoted a fair price. He stuck to what he said throughout the representation. Very ethical. Thanks so much!

Joe helped me out with a difficult legal situation. His fees were fair. He was honest about what it would cost. I really appreciated him being upfront about money as that was a concern of mine. Besides all that, he did a really nice job straightening some things out for me and he did it as fast as he could. Five stars!

Be careful ladies. This guy took a retainer from me, submitted inaccurate derogatory information about me to the court and then withdrew.
