My experience with Ms. Kaer was a positive one. She is quite knowledgeable and had no issue explaining the various ways I could go about my case. She'll tell you what the law says, and how it could help and/or impact you, but will also respect any decision you make that you feel is best for you. I live in MN, but she helped with a case in CA- a daunting task without representation. At one point there was an error with submitting paperwork (not her fault) but once she knew of the error, she had it fixed in less than an hour, ensuring my mediation appointment went on as scheduled. In the end, I got the outcome I wanted.

Diane is amazing! She has been more than an attorney she has been a friend and has helped me rebuild my life after a horribly abusive 8 year marriage. She is extremely knowledgeable about domestic violence cases and custody issues. This lady will fight for you! I would recommend her to absolutely everyone

Diane takes a very no nonsense approach to litigation which is very refreshing. She is knowledgeable and very professional. Would highly recommend if you find yourself in the need for family law.

Tries to strongarm her way through situations rather than be diplomatic and transparent. She was over an hour late for court which was very unprofessional for all concerned parties, no matter who she is representing. Note per Diane's reply: My review applies directly to your behavior in my experience with the way you conducted yourself as a paid professional.
