I have a huge house in Eagan , get hailed damaged , I hired BLT company which is referred by a friend , they did great job. They complete replacing my house roof in one day and cleaned outside everything , also I feel very good to work with them in the whole process to claim the insurance , they did very good job and service , definitely recommend

Frank with his team is very professional and provide high quality services, consider the best interesting for us. He is always on time and whenever you call him asking his help, he is always there. He explain whats the really problem our house has, whats the reason caused it, and how he would fix and why. Very good experience with him. We have asked him to take care my other house and referred him to my friends in twin cities. All my are very satisfied with his service! They left a mess: plastic bits and sealant/caulk everywhere. Reply from the owner in case it is edited: BLT Services, Inc has not performed any work for this customer. We have no one with this customer name in any contract or service work. We will be filing a legal suit for defamation. Additional comments from me: They did do work in the house I'm living in and contacted the landlord to also threatened me with a lawsuit. From a customer service standpoint, I'll let any reader make their own determination on how the response stacks up. Edit: I removed my opinion of the quality of the work done. I'll leave that up to the homeowner if they choose go comment. I lowered my rating from 2 stars to 1 star based on the owner's response. Service: Tile work replacement

Frank is a great man , He helped my 2 houses to replace the roof and sidings , very professional and in detail , He did great job with his team to repair my houses like replace great quality garage door , roof , siding and windows . I am 100% trust Frank and satisfied his work . I refferaled frank to my neigbors too , My neigbours are satisfied his work too . I will use BLT service for all my houses and strong recommanded !

Buyer beware!! Frank will leave you high and dry with your project. He is disorganized, untrustworthy, and does subpar work. He did a project for me and when there was a issue, Frank made it seem like I was inconveniencing him when he was asked to fix it. Ultimately he never fixed the issues and now I have problems with his products and installs on my house and am left calling someone else and paying someone else to fix. Update: Frank knows me very well having been in my home multiple times. 1-1/2 years ago he and his incompetent crew tried to install almost a whole house of Ply-gem windows. The work was horrible, the caulking looked like a third grader did it and the siding was left unsecured, which I have had fixed since Frank doesnt like calling people back when theres a problem. There was way more to their junk work, but thats a small snapshot.
