Taking on the responsibility of buying and owning a home for most people is so much more than just a big financial decision and you want someone who is personable and in your corner through the process. I'm glad that I had such an awesome person like Gail in my corner, she went above and beyond to work with our situation to have the best possible deal and outcome. In the end she almost felt like family and although I'm glad the grueling process is over I'm going to miss working with her.
