We worked with Matt through a unique purchase, which required the sale of property in another state prior to buying, and through a very competitive market for our price range. Though we stopped and started to process a couple times, it was never an issue. Matt was always willing and eager to help, answer questions, and be patient with us as we worked it all out. It was great working with Matt on our mortgage. He was quick to respond and took extra time to explain anything we didn't understand. He kept us up to date on the process and how things were going.
