        They nickel and dime you. They add a parking fee to the location. Rooms: The rooms are modern a d up to date Walkability: Terrible you have to drive everywhere Food & drinks: Over priced and not evenly portioned

        Terrible terrible terrible ! Ants crawling everywhere ! Rooms were nice and so was the view . But big black ants crawling around everywhere . Woke up in the middle of the night with an ant crawling across my face ! I just wanted to scream ! Constantly smacking ants off the desk . Not for the faint of heart !

        We have just spent the weekend with you folks and Im giving everyone here a 5 star across the board. If I could give more than 5 for service I would. The hotel is very clean and the staff are the friendliest Ive met in a lot of travels. Bonus points for them accommodating our puppy in service training. The kindness shown was absolutely amazing. Thank you all for a truly wonderful weekend and we look forward to returning.

        I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel during our event. All the staff was extremely accommodating, especially the folks at the front desk with our Great Dane puppy (Thank you!). Everyone made Luna feel at home, greeted her every morning and offered us tons of assistance with making sure she was comfortable while we were socializing her. Thank you so much staff of Marriot Ypsilanti we appreciate everything you've done this weekend and made this a wonderful stay we will never forget. Rooms: Room was very clean. Nearby activities: It's on a golf course, very close to Ann Arbor. Noteworthy details: Every staff member was courteous and friendly. The room was very clean.

        I have to edit my review based on changes they have made to their parking policy. I used to recommend this hotel to family and friends visiting from out of town, but there are other nearby hotels that don't charge for parking. I realize that a voucher for food is offered currently that tries to make up for some of the parking cost, but it has limited value for visitors in my family's situation. It's a shame that the hotel felt it needed to turn parking into a revenue stream.
