        Stayed here during a convention across the street. The staff was really lovely and always more than happy to help, the rooms were really clean and high quality. Housekeeping dropped off new towels for us after 1 night; which is nice because a lot of hotels dont do that anymore.

        Minnie was very rude, Ive been to hotels all through the country and this one had the worst breakfast staff she was was overall rude, snapped at us over forgetting to put a cup back under the waffle badder dispenser (looked like someone left their cup by it), think Ill take my business across the street and not come back here again. Last 2 times Ive came here shes here and has attitude towards everyone, she will stare you down with a mean look just when youre grabbing a small breakfast.

        The staff are the best at making sure that you are welcome. The breakfast is always good. Rooms: The bedding and beds were awesome. The room was very comfortable and clean.
