DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They won't tell you on their website ~ so I will ~ They are closed for business (excluding large events).How sad to leave a negative review. I needed a bouquet delivered today. Went to the website and the option was available. Selected the arrangement and paid via credit card. No delivery was received. When I called to see if I could pick up the flowers, their voicemail stipulates they are, for the most part, out of business. As a business owner, you should CLEARLY state this on your website and not just on your landline voicemail.It appears more than covid was a factor here.

We did curbside pickup with Enchanted Florist for Mothers Day 2020, and they did a fantastic job. The usual website bouquets werent available with everything so disrupted, so instead they asked for a price range and any requests for particular flowers to be included/excluded. I asked for a colorful bouquet and set up a time to come by. Day of, they called at said time to let me know the bouquet was ready, and when I arrived they put the bouquet in my cars trunk. They made the process as easy as possible, and my mom *loved* the bouquet. Thanks EF!

I ordered flower delivery for Mother's Day. Because of Covid19, they weren't able to get all the flowers so they called and asked if it was okay to substitute some of them. Even though they substituted the flowers, it looked just as good as the website photo! They called before coming to my house and the  delivery arrived on time. I am very happy with the overall service.
