        Conner the store manager is unprofessional. He made a huge mistake and assigned my new service to my son. Because of this mistake and my time wasted, I know longer wanted the phone. He told me that I would have to pay a restocking fee. The was another customer that was able to return his hot spot and i pad with out penalty after the 14 day return period. I am sending my complaint to ATT CEO and BBB.
