Legends Rosewood Village

Highly recommend Legends Rosewood! The apartments themselves are up to date and the amenities are amazing. The staff is not only quick to respond, but they handle any and all issues better than any apartment I've lived at in the past. :)

His professionalism, caring attitude, and his awesome knowledge about the rental process made my visit at Rosewood Legend a pleasure, and educational. I can't say enough postive things about James. His welcoming and helpful personality is what helped me choose to live in Rosewood Village a few years ago. I am returning to the area and James has been amazing to work with in transitioning back into apt living. I am hoping to move into Legends Grove but due to my schedule I have been indecisive on a move in date. James has been patient and has followed up per my request more than once. I would totally recommend Rosewood Village to anyone who is looking for a place to live not only because of the well maintained residences but because of the amazing staff!

Having lived here for over 5 years I can say Legends Rosewood Village has been a pretty good place to live. We got a dog while we lived here and it has plenty of sidewalks to walk the dog and plenty of other friendly dog owners. The staff are always very helpful and the few service requests I've had were addressed pretty quickly. The Aspen units in particular have a lot of windows that let in plenty of light. These units are above the garages though so the floors can be a bit chilly in winter. It's very nice having an attached garage though.

We moved here recently from Boston sight un-seen. The office staff, both Michael & James, were super helpful and responsive throughout the entire process! They made it an easy decision to move here. We absolutely love our apartment and the surrounding area. Its a great place to live :)
