Great apartment for the value, you get a lot of amenities. - 1000+ sqft without a balcony - security measures and on site staff - a modest gym but it has the essentials - close to EMU and Ypsilanti downtown - modern appliances and cabinets/doors unlike other places that just paint over old ones in white - friendly and involved management staff Only issues would be parking for guests since it prioritizes residents and distance to highways.

Ive lived here a couple years and I am happy to say this is one of the best apartments Ive lived. The rooms are spacious and more importantly, the management is top notch. Theyre very quick and responsive to requests and concerns. Easily the nicest people youll ever meet always making you feel right at home.

Ive been living here at Eastern Lofts for about 5 months now and my experiences have been great. My unit is spacious and up to date. They also have a great security system with tons of cameras to watch over the property which makes me feel safe in my home. I highly recommend.
