        Maintenance clearly doesnt car or know what they are doing, and getting ahold of someone when you have an issue is nigh on impossible. I had a broken washing machine left in my front room (full of water) and subsequently left for about 2 months in my front yard. Dont live here if you value your comfort and standard of living. At least theres no bedbugs? Yet?

        I've had a wonderful experience living at the Meadows. It's a beautiful neighborhood, with very pleasant neighbors. Pet friendly environment. Several neighbors walk their dogs around the neighborhood. It's a cozy feeling of home sweet home living at The Meadows. They are beautiful trees all around. There are also sidewalks through the neighborhood. The manager and the maintenance team are all very pleasant people that do their best to keep everything maintained with a friendly courteous attitude. It's a beautiful community here in the Meadows I would highly suggest it 100%.

        Lived here for a year & haven't been happier! I lived in a 1 bed 1 bath apartment (by myself), and it's a great price for the proximity to the freeways and Ann Arbor! Safe spot, great neighbors, & happy community. The management & staff have been helpful & nice. No complaints or issues at all! Memorable stay :)

      Ms. Butler, we were surprised to see your review this morning since you have not lived at The Meadows for more than a year. As you recall, immediately upon receiving your request for service regarding a discoloration issue in your closet, we visited your home to inspect the area and determine a plan to remedy the issue. Additional inspections and repairs were needed to remedy the issue and you refused to allow entry to your home on numerous occasions. At your request, we allowed you to terminate your lease early with no penalties. We are confident that our Service Team would have been able to remedy the issue had they been allowed entry to make the repairs and are sorry that your residency at The Meadows ended on a sour note.
