Appliances falling apart, and staff laughing in the background about it when my girlfriend called to check in on the issue. Very unprofessional and not a great value for the cost of rent so far. Not to mention the decrepit machines in the laundry facility. Just another apartment complex providing bottom of the barrel amenities while charging as if they werent. Edit: 3 years after I moved out of this garbage heap they have the audacity to email me and say I owe them $70 without the ability to tell me why. What a joke! I will be reporting to the BBB!

    Terrible management

I moved into these apartments in 2021 and enjoyed my first year living here. But ever since then the communication from the leasing office and the property management, as well as the upkeep and safety, has become incredibly poor. Even though they have an online portal and access to everyone's emails they've chosen to drop hard copy letters and notices at doors that are marked urgent, this is how I found out the apartment I was at was having the rent increased on it with strict deadlines of only a couple weeks as to when I needed to respond by or have my rent increased even more. They have become increasingly unprofessional and unreliable. It's incredibly disappointing. The way management has handled business is awful. They used to hold community events but haven't in months to over a year, and if they do there is a complete lack of communication or notice regarding them. Instead of fueling rent back into the community and fostering a welcoming atmosphere, they've become increasingly greedy with complete lack of care or welfare for their tenants or their belongings. They've essentially took advantage of the pandemic and have raised their rent prices and hardly invest in the community. I had to switch apartments to stay within my budget, I was not permitted to see it before I received the keys, it has older windows that don't stay open unless using primitive methods, and next to a loud highway. And it has old worn down carpet and reeked of smoke, broken screen door, and kitchen faucet hardly flowed. I had to fix the faucet myself, it took them weeks to fix the screen door, and I had to get several filters and fans to get the lingering smoke residue out as best I could. Instead of contacting residents about construction dates they tore down a carport without written notice. Even though my storage locker is clearly marked as to what apartment it belongs to they did not send notice when a different tenant cut my lock, and instead left a handwritten note scotch tapped to the locker door saying to contact the office for the new lock code. The lighting at night in the complex is also poor and is very dark and hard to see at night, there are hardly any sidewalks so it can be dangerous walking around once it's dark. This is a major safety issue, and as for security the exterior door for the building also had a faulty lock and wasn't fixed for over a month. Washing machines are old and use a refillable card for payment that never equates out, so you'll be stuck with a balance on it as a way for them to take a couple extra bucks. This complex has served for the time being, but I would try to look elsewhere if I was looking to move/rent today.

After a year+ of living here, I finally have to breakdown and leave a review concerning the gym. Ever since Ive lived here, either the equipment has been broken and announced with notice, or the power cords to all of the machines are missing with no prior notice. After so many times of getting up early to go to the gym and finding out the equipment is gone or has no power source, I had to buy my own treadmill recently. Its gotten pretty ridiculous at this point. As far as the other amenities, there is NO basketball court even though there is one still listed as a feature of the complex. That was the sole reason we chose this apartment complex and its just a giant patch of grass. Unfortunately its still on Maps as a nearby basketball court.

Terrible management, maintenance and place to live. Very expensive for poor service. Youre basically signing a lease stating they wont cover any damages or anything at all. Was without heat for weeks every winter, they kept fixing the problem but never actually did. When you mention anything about being compensated, thats when theyll only take action to replace the issue. I never get packages delivered here because there are 3 buildings with the exact same number. Nothing stating which is North, East or West. I always get Wests packages and mine goes missing. Ive complained about it before and their only solution is to add a tiny sticker on the mailbox thats INSIDE the building of which apartment building it is. No one picks up their dogs poop outside, pipes are super loud and they never fixed it. Had my kitchen flood more than once. Because your sink connects to the apartment above you. So whatever they drain in their sink, backflows to your kitchen. This place is terrible. We pay too much for so little space and terrible service. This hasnt felt like a home in my 5 years of living here. Dont plan to move here if you want to come home to stress, power outages, bad maintenance, lost mail, and be broke every paycheck for their ridiculous fees and prices.
