        It's ok. I love the shakes but I am starting to eat less burgers. I just feel like they haven't updated their outside for awhile.

        There is no service anymore. I do not like the new format. Ordering via kiosk is clunky and the food is not as good as pre-pandemic. It's the equivalent of getting their food to go. Just greasy and meh.

        all steak n shakes are slow af but this one was extra and didn't even get my order right, all i had was two shakes and now to far to drive back thank you and definitely not waiting another 25 minutes.
