        If I could give zero stars I would. Checked Google before leaving my hotel because hubby really wanted Steak n Shake. Google says 11pm closing time. Arrived at 8:45. Not a car in the parking lot & all of the lights on. But, the door was locked. Why be listed as open until 11pm if you're going to close early?? Just change your hours like everyone else during the pandemic.
