      image She took my card, did not ask me what I had, tried to hand me a drink that wasn't mine. I said "all I have is a 6 piece nugget." She said oh and closed the window as my card is getting charged.
      Asked her if I got charged the $2.75 for nuggets only. She said yes.
      I got charged $5.30 for SOGGY disgusting nuggets. And you all know with construction and traffic NO ONE has time to come back.
      I am fine with people making mistakes. But being lied to is ridiculous. Now I don't get to eat lunch today because she couldn't take 10 seconds to right her wrong doing... thanks for nothing.

      image The food and service here are always excellent. Everyone's very friendly, and the foods always hot. I've been here many times over the last 4 years, and I can honestly say I've never ever left from here disappointed with my food or service.

      image I frequent this Wendys very often. The entire night staff are truly exceptional professionals who create a very warm environment for their customers. The manager on shift is constantly making sure operations run smoothly. And the drive-through workers most frequently being Ebony are extremely kind respectful and swift. I look forward to the new trainee, Lea, who will be just as excellent based on my most recent visits I have had.

      image After my business trip to the US, I tried burgers from McDonald's, Shake Shack, Five Guys, and even Wendy's, but personally, Wendy's was the worst.
      The bacon burger was already hard, like a cookie, so it had an unpleasant texture, and the French fries weren't much different from McDonald's. It was very ordinary.
