I usually get a tea latte, but today decided to get a reduced calorie dark hot chocolate for a change. Now, I have had these in the past so I know what they taste like. They do not taste like what I received after waiting for over 10 minutes when there was nobody else in line. I was almost home, a 15 minute drive, when I finally took a sip of my extremely diluted chocolate water. Yup, that's what it tasted like, barely flavored chocolate water. I truly didn't feel like driving all the way back and tried calling 2 different times and let it ring and ring and nothing. I am very disappointed since this really used to be my favorite Biggby. I've never had something taste so tasteless before.

Awful service they were just playing on their phone. Waited almost 20 minutes for a cup of coffee it wasn't busy there was no one in line but me. And I'm pretty sure they forgot to put the expresso shots in my drink as well.
