Called 3 McDonalds within 3 miles all 3 had their MCCAF machines down which just means the machine needs to do a 20 minute SELF cleaning. Yet every store says its down for the night lol could you have any LAZIER managers? Whoever owns these restaurants is losing money big time with lazy management. Just saying this doesnt happen in predominantly white areas that run McDonalds.

I am done with this McDonalds. I visited there today and ordered six sandwiches with a 20 piece nugget and four sundaes. The sundaes were only half full and had almost no fudge in them. My wife checked the bag before we left and counted six sandwiches so we thought we were good. Upon arriving at home, we saw that one of the sandwiches was completely wrong. It was a McChicken and not a quarter pounder with cheese like it was supposed to be. Also the Big Macs were supposed to have extra slices of cheese but did not. This was money we spent on things that we didnt get. The worst, however, was that we asked for honey mustard sauce and there was none in the bag. I went to tell the man who gave us our order but he walked away. We waited several minutes for him to come back to the window and asked him for sauce. He lied and said that the sauce was at the bottom of the bag. My wife said she checked and there was none in there. In response he gave us two sauces for 20 nuggets.I honestly thought she might have been mistaken so I didnt want to press it, but when we got home I saw she was correct. So we only had two sauces for 20 nuggets. I will look up who owns this franchise and make sure we never frequent this one or any other one they own again. Absolutely disgusted.
