I just went here for the first time . I was recommended by a few ladies on fb . The lady who did my pedi was nice. But In the end i wondered why she put my shoes on for me . When I got home I noticed a cut on my toe ! I felt a burn from the buffer . The guy who did my pedi was horrible ! Rude rough impatient and not kind! Very sloppy and gave me anxiety. I did not feel comfortable . These people have no customer service skills .He was not very loving and kept telling me to relax , I seriously couldn't. I told him one was crooked and he just said ok and didn't care .!He did converse in another language with the women who did my pedi who was sitting next to him while he was doing my mani . I think she knew she cut my toe . I wouldn't go back . I'm glad I paid w card and he didn't expect me to leave a tip when I wanted to use card because I think he knew they messed up . The lady also didn't tell me they don't do waxing and i asked for 3 times . They do not communicate . Also unprofessional to have ear buds in when dealing w clients . Techs need to be focused on listening to their customers.
