Did my nails horrible on purpose and I asked her to take the nails off and she still made me pay 40$ and Racist wouldnt recommend.

Horrible experience!! Nails were rushed and sloppy ! I advised that I did not like my nails. As they used tips that did not fit my fingers. So much glue and acrylic was left on my fingers. When I told her I did not like them because they look really big and slobby she said it because of the color. She acted as if she didnt want to fix my nails. On top of that only so call herself fixing them by only filling one of my hands ! On top of having the nerve to charge me full price as I sat there damn near in tears telling them I was not satisfied. She takes her time and does nice work on who she likes and I dont appreciate it. She took all of 20 mins to do mine while she gave all the other clients about 45 mins of her time. My nail request was simple and not time consuming. The service is lack luster and not worth the price ! I had to go to another salon to fix my nails and they even said they were sloppy and tips did not fit !! Please treat all you costumers with the same respect and quality of work !

The problem I have is that 2 weeks before hand I called up there and set an appointment for the 22nd of September. The man who answered and scheduled me told me 3:30pm. I go there today and they're closed ! I called asking if they're open they said no. So I ask then why am I scheduled for 3:30 and you guys are closed she didn't even ask my name and said you were scheduled for 12:30?? I have never had an issue with this place they have always done my nails perfect. I have been going there for almost 2 years now this was supposed to be for my birthday now I am last minute trying to find a nail place.

Closed at 330p, 2 staff inside and door open but sign was turned to closed. I opened the door and asked if they were open 1 staff turned around and just said closed, other staff was sitting in a chair. Won't be returning
