        Ive been staying here for about 6 weeks and Im in Love Beautiful,peaceful and Clean property Thanks Mr.Robert for Awesome maintenance

        Lived here for a year and left in last july. GOOD: location and outlook, responsive maintenance BAD expensive, rigid/irresponsible customer care, still didnt get my Refundable security deposit (almost 4 months), got deducted 50$ for NOT returning the garage remote ( while it was returned very next day i submitted the keys. (yes late by a day only coz of heavy rain) - as usual the companies are very active in deductions while claiming big favors to their customers.

        my daughter and I greatly appreciate! The work maintenance staff, Robert S. Did For us today. A different maintenance guy came to my apartment 30 days ago. After he caulked the shower, the shower liked a 2 year old was playing with puddy. It was a messy job. Robert came today and restored the shower to what it was suppose to look like. He was very professional. The way Robert S. Brought the shower back to life shows hes an awesome! Maintenance man. Chimney hill should be thrilled to have him as staff for their organization because I am and Im sure other residents are too. Thanks!! Robert
