Terrible experience. My refrigerator broke the week of Christmas and I lost all my food in the refrigerator and freezer and was never reimbursed. My flooring is excessive squeaky and the regional manager stated I could only transfer to another and pay whatever fees that are connected. Poor customer service. I went back and forth for 3 months to get no help.

I tried to open my front door and the door knob fell off. I called maintenance and someone was out within 3 minutes to fix it. He came so quickly and fixed the knob that I must leave a good review.
Not only that, it's been snowing for 2 days 6 to 8 inches and they have repeatedly removed everyone's snow from the front door and driveway just to make sure we can walk in and out without walking through the snow. I have no complaints. Great job.

I have no hot water the maintenance guy came out last night after 9 pm. and said that I needed a new hot water tank. And I'm still waiting 12 hours later. The front office doesn't open until 11:30 am. Elizabeth just called and said that someone will be out today, but she doesn't have time to let me know when, but someone must be here to let them in. What about the person who said 3 hours ago that they were coming within the hour.
