If I was reviewing based upon my first truck rental I would give a 1 . My next truck rental was a 5 ! My 1st truck was old, couldn't get out of 2nd gear and the supplies that I ordered weren't provided. My next rental, 2 days later was completely different! I had a new truck that did not have transmission problems plus the supplies I ordered were in the back of the truck. The negative that I experienced both times was a wait in line of about hour to get the truck even though I did online check-in.
