Avoid at all costs. You might get there to pick up your uhaul rental and get told you can't at this location for "theft" reasons.

Forget trying to reach them by phone. Called 8 times and every time it went to a call center where they try to direct you to their website. I rented a trailer and also took a six pack sealed in plastic of their moving blankets.
Never opened of used any blankets and the lady that checked in the trailer said she would process return of blankets. She didn't do it and now I can't the local store to answer their phone.
I guess they think if they make it difficult enough you'll forget about it.

I would give a zero !
Had to clean ice and snow off vehicle myself , charged me 3 unauthorized transactions and lied on mileage and fuel charges

IF YOU CAN HELP IT, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They lie to customers. Cancel reservations for no reason. They either dont pick up the phone or put you on hold and never come back. I doubt this review will change anything with how they do business but trying to keep people from depending on this location cause they will pull the rug out.
