        My data has been breached. Someone has hacked into my account THREE TIMES now. They've changed my phone number to theirs, and Verizon just lets it happen.

        I ordered the new Galaxy S24 from this store. I was told that Verizon would give me a trade-in value of my phone for around $800. Its been three months and nothing has been processed. I was going to order this phone online and wish that I would have avoided the Waterford location all together. Now Verizon will not assist me since I went through this store which is really not a Verizon store they are an "Authorized Dealer" ...terrible business idea. Every time I call into the store and speak with the salesman that created this mess he tells me that it will sort itself out wait for the next bill. Save yourself some hassle and go to an actual Verizon store or just use Verizon online. I hate leaving bad reviews but this has been a terrible experience.
