I bought a phone on Saturday it's totally DEFECTIVE!!!!! When the calls are going out it beeps and there's no ring and none of the calls go out and the phone was defective it was used and he didn't give me a receipt or a box, and I was charged $125 they want me to inconvenience myself to go back in for hours to try to find transportation to try to fix it when this phone was not working properly. I don't have the time to inconvenience myself I don't have the transportation to go in for hours, when they knew this phone wasn't working right when I did call they were very annoyed about the fact that I was telling them this, but I'm getting all kinds of calls going up that are not going through because the phone is junk. This is a nightmare. I called the head customer service of Metro PCS and they tried to do the troubleshooting and they did everything checked everything they said the phone should have never been sold and it was DEFECTIVE. I am very dissatisfied. I'm trying to call out people because I have a couple of emergencies going on. I have no way to reach them. No phone use!!!!! They told me it was a brand new phone and when I did finally go in to talk to the staff they treated me horribly and they blamed me instead of blaming themselves and admitting that they were con artists and that they took advantage of me. Horrible experience. They should have taken the phone and tried to use it themselves but they knew it was defective so they gave it to me to go through the anguish of having a phone that doesn't work.
