        When I walked into the store that day I was not prepared to upgrade anything let alone get anything free. But Cecil was such a wonderful help! Very knowledgeable about all the products and a kind spirit and patient with us. I give him and the service a 10 out of 10 any day! And that's my new store I will be dealing with from now on.

        My man, Cecil, is the best in the game. Came in after 6:50pm (less than 10min before close) disgruntled because another AT&T location would not take the trade in of my perfectly working iPhone 14 towards the purchase of a 15. Cecil made the time and stayed 30 min after close to take care of me. Never made me seem like a bother and went the extra mile from start to finish. Give this man a promotion to regional manager. He defines customer service, and is a true asset to your organization.

        Was told my bill would be 91$ before tax, I get the bill it is almost 300$. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. "switch to firstnet, you are going to pay less than what you used to" Don't fall for that. Did I just get scammed? I understand the first bill has extra fees on it, but the ongoing bill is no where near the number I was told in the store either. Spoke to a First Net customer service agent and they knocked it down 25$, LOL. AT&T is a joke.
