The employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. Disappointed there was a 2 week wait for a loaner vehicle when I brought my Silverado in for warranty work. When I picked up my vehicle after work was completed I found the inside door panel had greasy hand prints and a dirty shop rag was left on the passenger seat.

I have a 2014 equinox. It is giving me more than trouble in the last several months. I have been in for an oil consumption check for three consecutive times and because I did not lose more than 2 quarts of oil they will not do anything about it. At my second visit it was totally dry. My car was shimmying. I barely made it home and I needed to add a little oil just to get it to the dealership. But that did not go well with the dealership. The serviceman said I skew the results. Well what was I supposed to do? You at GM need to do something for me and all the others who are facing this same issue. The guy in front of me had to get a new engine. I am not about to let it go dry and burn the engine out and have to pay $5000 for a new engine out of my own pocket. Why is there not a recall?! I need answers. I do not want to drive a lemon continuously!! Please reply and tell me how you will help. Or do I need to take this somewhere else to make it known publicly?
