Very nice! Went there for a used car and left with a brand new car instead! He respected my budget and didn't try to get me into something I couldn't afford. He was so nice and so enthusiastic about everything it was wonderful. He was way more professional then the last place/person I got my car from and it definitely wowed me. Every little thing was explained I left with no questions and no questioning anything! 10/10 when I get a new car again (hopfully not for awhile) I will be back here and I hope to still see him there! I really felt like he actually cared about what I had to say and didn't wanna just rush me into a expensive car. He took the time to make sure I was 100% satisfied and knew every little detail. Thomas, I just have to say thank you! This is my first brand new car purchase and I couldn't be happier! And thank you for everyone else at Serra that helped make this possible.
