A Victory Suites

It's an okay place to stay but I must admit, I'm not a big fan of the no outside guest rule but I get it. I had to walk a long way to get to my room which I didn't like. The elevator didn't work. But overall it was ok. But I think I rather stay at hotels where I can walk directly into my room from outside.

I walked in with my friend to get my coat she borrowed & the manager Jennifer (who watched her leave out to get me) asked her what room she was in my friend told her & she accused her of lying didnt even attempt to check completely escalated the situation just started yelling then called the police on her even though I said I would just leave mind you my friend had paid for the room HOURS before that happened. Smh

This place is a joke. We had no hot water. The rooms were dirty. The employees were smoking inside of the building. While we had to smoke outside. The employees were rude. We couldn't even sleep there was screaming and yelling all night long. Things being slammed. I wish I would have gotten a refund but I didn't want to deal with the front counter.

When we use our credit card to pay the stay from our employees, after 4 months that our employees left from the hotel they started to take money from our card without authorization. The phone which they have in the website or google does not work
