I have never had a good experience at Starbucks at Target. I think it's because of the staff there. Their attitude is very open and cheerful. But their actions are the opposite. I'm not good at English, I just wanted to order a drink and I showed them the picture. There are some things they don't have, and some things they have but they don't put them in. I wonder if they can read it. Sorry but I feel like they don't seem suitable for this job. There were only three lines of text that I had to tell them twice. I find it a bit odd that they say do you want it. Of course, it's a formula and they were supposed to do it that way from the start.

Woman in the drive threw singing orders back badly.. was not how I wanted to start my day it was extremely obnoxious. And not accepting cash at 9:30 am is unacceptable. Terrible customer service terrible coffee under prepared. Target Starbucks is 500 feet away but Im done with Starbucks after this experience back to Bigby
