Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Every single time I order a sandwich they make me pull around and wait. It's the ONLY location that takes an average of 10+ minutes to make a sandwich. I've never been asked by ANY other location to pull around and wait. Don't waste your time waiting, it's quicker to drive to another Tim Hortons.

Fantastic service. 5/10/23 I stopped in for an ice cap. The employee was waiting on a person before myself this person was not very nice to your employee But the employee handled it very well I didnt get his name but the employee working around 330 400 oclock should be complemented for the way he handled the rude customer again Great service. Please let this employee know the value of his employment with Tim Horton

Every time my girlfriend orders a mocha latte it always seems to be hot chocolate and coffee or something like that and lately when Ive gone there to get a mocha latte I have to pull around to the side and wait until they bring it out to me.. this is a place that specializes in coffee. They cant make a coffee while youre sitting at the window and have it ready for you.

II WAS GIVEN THE WRONG BAGEL AND ASKED MORE THAN ONCE TO PUT THE BUTTER ON THE SIDE IT WAS ON THE BAGEL STAFF NOT VERY FRIENDLY
