        Ive been going to Tim Hortons 2-4 times a week for years. In the last year or so, the quality of the food has plummeted. Every time I go, the order is wrong. Coffee tastes different every day despite ordering the same thing. Today I ordered 3 sandwiches and only one was edible. Egg was overcooked sausage was raw. I never complain I just take it and leave. Today was the final straw ordering $20 worth of items and only one being edible. So when I called and asked to speak to a manager, the man who answered was very rude. Said manager isnt there, call tomorrow. I asked his name so I could verify that I called and he took almost a full minute to respond and then said his name was Bill. I highly doubt the rude man with a thick accent was telling the truth about the manager not being available and also his name.
