    Update! My colleague called after I did and spoke to someone different, she took her prepaid order over the phone. Everything was great this morning when I picked up the order. She even helped carry out my order. So for this part of my experience I upgraded my review from 1 star to 3. If I had this service yesterday I wouldve left 5 stars. Just sad of the original hassle I went through and the damage one employee can cause to a business. Original: Tried to call in an order for 12 dozen donuts (prepaid) for the next day, only to be told to order on the app or drive up when I need them at 6:30am. (Close to prime rush hour) I tried the app, I could only add 9 dozen but had to remove some because it exceeds the app $100 limit. I would think with a large order of such that you would like to be prepared and make sure that you have enough product to accommodate for the day. I called back after the app incident and asked to speak with the manager, he said they werent there but theres a supervisor, I asked to speak with them to see if they will accommodate a prepaid order of such. He said I am the the supervisor, I asked arent you the one I just spoke with about the prepaid 12 dozen order, he said yes. He said theres nothing he can do. I have never had an issue ordering, prepaid in advance at this location. I said Ill take my business elsewhere, thank you. I wouldnt trust they would have enough stock for an order of that size and I would want to know that Im getting what I paid for and go. Not waiting on them and them scrambling because theyre not prepared. They need to educate their employees better.
