        Took the whole family in today for eye exams.. they send u reminders of the appointment everyday but!... Can't call to tell you that their computers are down and they can't bill your insurance. They will be happy to reimburse you though.. what a joke. Will never be back

        The optician experience was great, even if they didnt have much to fit my needs. Aaron, specifically, was an absolute treat. However, my actual eye exam was.. less than ideal.Dr. Kyle made it seem like I was an inconvenience to his lunch time, irrelevant of my appointment time: Were supposed to have lunch from 12:00 - 1:00. Thats what I got to overhear from a 5 foot distance, his tone essentially berating a girl who was self-admittedly rather new (for claritys sake, my appointment was at 12:40). During the exam itself, he made a mistake with the initial settings & seemed exasperated when I was trying to explain that I could not, in fact read the bottom line, or any of them. Multiple times he seemed to be frustrated that I wasnt following directions that he had yet to provide. Hey Doc, maybe take it a little easier next time.
