        I had an accident with my glasses. They ended up bent and unwearable. I stop in on a Friday morning and the tech was very eager to help. She was able to fix my glasses and put new nose pieces on my second pair. In a matter of a minutes I was good to go. Thank you W. Optical for a well trained employee.

        I arrived for my appointment the lady at the desk was fairly rude. During my appointment it was a video eye appointment. I received a call a week later to get my contact trials, after showing up to pick them up, the lady processed my payment but would NOT give me my contact lenses. She proceeded to say I had to have a doctor look at them on my eyes before being able to wear them. AGAIN, she took my payment but refused to give me my contact trials. While looking around for glasses, I felt very rushed. Honestly WORST eye care place I have been to. I will never go here again.
