This is the best HVAC company that I've ever worked with. Fred and Nate installed a new furnace in my home and did an amazing job. Mike the owner and everyone else there are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I highly recommend Mike's heating.

I called for warranty service because my thermostat/furnace kept shutting off. The woman that answered scheduled the service, the tech came out and he opened some vents in my house to fix the issue. All good so far, no issues. When the tech was ready to leave he showed me paper work saying I owed $169. Again, no issue, I thought it was under warranty and it was not. Unfortunately I am paid twice per month, and I thought this was a warranty issue, so I did not have the cash. I called to schedule the unexpected payment for my not working furnace. When its 20 degrees outside usually a company would help a returning customer out (bought furnace, AC, and water heater) I was to be paid the next day, so this would have been no problem. The woman was so rude to me on the phone, and admonished me for calling for service with no money. She cut me off while I was trying to explain myself, and treated me like a criminal. I have multiple HVAC people on my payroll, and could have had one of them fix this for free. The only reason I called Mikes was because I was under the impression that it was under warranty. Treating paying customers this way is unacceptable. I will never buy anything from Mikes again. Also, I need a quote for six rooftop units for one of the buildings I manage if anyone is interested.

Just had to share my experience with you and future customers. It started with your salesman (Paul) giving us a reasonable estimate for a new hot water tank, furnace & A/C. He explained in detail what to expect for a job like ours. The installers arrived on time and were finished in one day. Fred, Rich and Nathan along with services from Connor, were courteous friendly, knowledgeable and true professionals. One day service and they were very careful moving items in and out of our house. Great cleanup. Afterwards, the technician did a final walk through to educate me about my new system. I am very confident with my purchase. I will definitely refer future customers their way. THANKS GUYS! Wonderful company and great people. 5 STARS! Also, thanks to Dawn back in the office for your assistance.
