        I specifically called and talked to the people on the phone and ask for AC unit cleaning they kept on telling me that comes with general maintenance and check up of AC unit they showed up did not clean my unit I highly recommend not using this company Now in the process of dealing with my bank to get my money back Because the whole reason I called was for an AC unit cleaning and the net did not get done very dissatisfied with this company Service: A/C system maintenance

        Stop looking at reviews and call this company. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Technician was timely and explained everything in detail so it was easily understood. I have used other companies in the past who seemed to be guessing at what the problem was. After diagnosing, they fixed my problem without just throwing new parts at my HVAC saving time and money!       Hello Dale, we are sorry to hear about your experience. We tried to reach out to you first thing this morning to rectify your concerns after receiving the voice message you left after hours.We tried to offer to send another technician out but was unable to due to the verbally abusive nature of the call to our office staff and being hung up on. A full inspection was performed and all read outs noted and sent to the email provided. All concerns about the system were discussed with the representative that was home during the service.While a basic rinse of the condenser should have been performed if a water source was present, any cleaning needing the use of chemicals solvents does come at an additional cost. If you would like, please give our office a call so we can resolve your concerns. Again, our apologies for your inconvenience.
