Nobody will answer the phone so I ask about my order!! Ive called so many times & no answer. Ill never order from the website or shop here again. I called kids foot locker for help & they couldnt help me either. Customer support also doesnt help.

DO NOT DELIVER ORDER TO BE PICKED UP FROM HERE !!! I wish I read the reviews before shipping it to this store to be picked up from cause someone else also wrote a review below about the store saying they didnt receive their order here either . I ordered a pair of Nike dunks and got it shipped to this store , I got an email saying it was delivered there & to wait for another email to let me know when my package is ready to get picked up . A week goes by and I havent gotten an email so I call up there at least 3 times , nobody answers . I then called the kids footlocker to see if they can get a hold of someone there for me since theyre right across from each other & the guy said to give them another week because they havent checked their deliveries yet , still didnt receive an email that week I was told . So I tried calling again , I was on the phone on hold for 30 mins just for them to tell me they dont have my package there and I would have to go through customer support . Customer support wasnt helpful either , they just said they needed to contact the store for more info which I already told them that they said they dont have my package and that they dont have a phone there to be reachable and all they said was we still have to get more info on this . So disappointing & annoying , will be reporting a dispute on this .
