Waymark Homes

This company is shady, did not write a review 4 years ago due to the situation I was in at the time. 4 years ago I was told by the people buying a home from me under Land Contract that 'Waymark Homes was buying my house from me and I had to talk with them.' As the situation unfolded I found that Waymark had presented the buyers, who were still under LC to me, with a purchase agreement for a home they did not even own 3 months prior to being notified that this was happening by either the buyers or Waymark. Waymark's communications and business practices seemed shady during the whole ordeal.

Spamming people's phones with text offers on properties, good to see you can utilize public information in a creepy sales pitch you weirdo. Atleast the smarter realtors just send letters

We bought our house from Ron with Waymark homes on a land contract from the beginning Ron was a snake. We had to put thousands of dollars just to get occupancy from the city because the house was condemned after doing that we paid all the house payments. After owning our house for three years, we found out that Ron had a second mortgage out on our house that he was not paying on. At this point our house went into foreclosure and sold at a sheriffs auction later we found that the taxes we paid to Ron for the city have not been paid either. I spoke to Ron he confirmed that we did pay the taxes but never returned the money to us. Ive tried to reach out to Ron several times, seeing as we are in the process of buying our house from the new owner that redeemed the house at the Sheriff auction refuses to return my phone calls or return the money that he owes from the back taxes that were never paid. I would not suggest going through Waymark. this was our first house my family and I were very excited for the future only to realize that Waymark Homes took our life savings of $65,000 down the drain because now we have to purchase our house back from the new owner and all the money that we paid To waymark Homes was for nothing
