When we decided to sell our house in Livonia of course we turned to Juan and Kate Alcala as they helped us find our first house they were a fountain of knowledge in an area we had little. The first day our house hit the market we had over 29 showings!!! Over 40 for the whole weekend. needless to say we sold the house in one day. They then helped us find our dream, and got our offer accepted. Then we had a nightmare situation happen, my husband lost his job. He quickly found a new one. However Juan came to the rescue negotiating a longer closing date than originally agreed upon by the seller of our dream house. In this market that was a huge deal. Juan's professionalism, knowledge of real-estate, and the fact that him and his wife are really some of the best people you will ever have working for you save the day for our family. I cannot recommend the Alcala's enough!!!!

Juan and Kate are so helpful and really care. Its obvious its more than just a sale for them. They did an incredible job explaining each offer and breaking down the pros and cons with each. We had 23! You cant go wrong with this team!
