        I went to the location on Rochester Rd in Troy. All bays were empty and two men were inside, I waited in the lot for about 15 minutes for someone to come out as usual and no one came out to tell me if they had technical issues or why they werent calling me in.and yes they were open. I left and drove to the other Troy location on Big Beaver Rd. Despite them having two cars in bays they immediately opened the bay for me, before I even parked.
