Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Are you guys serious about the business. God swear i will never comeback again. 1st time i went they changed my oil but forgot to screw the bottom part which instantly fall down and damaged my car while driving . 2nd time i went yesterday to do another oil change, even though i prepaid the oil price still they argued and changed again full money. Very rude guys and the customer service is horrible there. I was keep in the waiting for around 3 hour to talk to some who can solve it. It not worth the pain, just avoid them if possible.

Apparently you have to show up at least an hour before closing because theyll shut off the compressor. I called ahead of time to make sure it was okay to come in 15 minutes before closing. Yes, we close at 7. Ill send a coupon to this number I show up, get weird stares out the window, and then someone walks up to ask me if Im getting an oil change as if they sell drinks in the back. The guy finds out I already talked to support about coming and smacks his lips. He opens the garage, I go in and another team member treats me with an attitude. They scanned my coupon, pop my hood, have me turn my car off just to tell me I cant get my oil changed. At least someone offered another discount for me to come in the morning. No thanks. I wouldnt be here if I didnt want an instant oil change. Dont recommend.
